Returns & Exchanges

Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes. We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, in its original condition with all tags attached. Change of mind returns are issued as store credit or an exchange — not a cash refund. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.

What if my item is faulty or damaged?
Contact us at mrmistercollection@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy, which may include a refund, replacement, or repair.

How long do I have to return an item?
Change of mind returns must be submitted within 14 days of your delivery date. Claims for faulty items should be submitted within a reasonable timeframe of receiving your order.

Who pays for return shipping?
For change of mind returns, return shipping is at the customer’s expense. For faulty or incorrectly sent items, return shipping is covered by MrMISTER.

When will I receive my store credit or refund?
Store credit is issued within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds for faulty items under Australian Consumer Law are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, subject to stock availability. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the size you require.


Sizing & Fit

How do MrMISTER pieces fit?
Our pieces are designed with a relaxed, oversized fit. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down for a more fitted look, or staying true to size for the intended relaxed silhouette. A detailed size guide is available on each product page.

Where is the size guide?
Every product page includes a size guide with measurements in centimetres. If you are unsure, contact us and we’ll help you find the right fit.

Do your garments shrink after washing?
Our heavyweight tees are pre-shrunk. We recommend cold machine washing and air drying to maintain fit and fabric quality. Avoid high-heat tumble drying.

How should I care for my MrMISTER pieces?

  • Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle
  • Wash inside out to protect prints and fabric
  • Do not bleach
  • Air dry where possible — avoid high-heat tumble drying
  • Iron inside out on low heat if required
  • Store folded rather than hung to maintain garment shape

Will the print fade?
Our garments are produced using quality printing methods designed for longevity. Washing inside out in cold water will help preserve both the fabric and print over time.


Stock & Drops

Will sold-out items be restocked?
Some pieces are restocked, while others are released as limited runs and will not return. You can sign up for restock notifications on the product page if an item is sold out. Follow @mrmistercollection on Instagram and TikTok for drop updates.

How do I hear about new drops first?
