1. Your Rights

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law, including that items are of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description.


2. Faulty Items

If an item is faulty, defective, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy.

Major failure:

  • Refund, replacement, or compensation

Minor failure:

  • Repair, replacement, or refund

3. Change of Mind

We accept change of mind returns under these conditions:

  • Requested within 14 days
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Original tags attached
  • Original condition maintained

Resolution:

  • Store credit or exchange

4. Non-Returnable Items

Includes:

  • Worn or altered items
  • Items outside return window
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards

5. Return Process

Contact us → receive instructions → return item → resolution processed.


6. Return Shipping

  • Change of mind: customer covers cost
  • Faulty items: we cover cost

7. Refund Processing

  • Store credit issued within 5 business days
  • Refunds processed within 5–10 business days

8. Proof of Purchase

Required for all returns.
