SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to ensure every MrMISTER order arrives efficiently and in excellent condition. Please review this policy so you understand our shipping process and expectations.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and Australian public holidays.
Orders placed outside business hours will be processed on the next business day. During high-demand periods, including product launches and sales, processing times may extend slightly. Any significant delays will be communicated via email.
Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.
2. Domestic Shipping — Australia
We deliver Australia-wide using Australia Post and selected carriers.
Standard Shipping
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Rate: Calculated at checkout
Express Shipping
- Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch
- Rate: Calculated at checkout
Free Shipping
- Free standard shipping on orders over $100 AUD
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary, particularly for regional or remote locations.
3. International Shipping
We ship to selected international destinations. Rates and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
Typical delivery timeframes:
- New Zealand: 5–10 business days
- United States & Canada: 10–20 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 10–20 business days
- Other regions: 14–28 business days
Delays may occur due to customs, public holidays, or carrier factors outside our control.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may incur duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
We recommend contacting your local customs authority for further information prior to ordering.
5. Tracking
Tracking details are provided once your order is dispatched. Updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
If you have not received confirmation within 4 business days, check your spam folder before contacting us.
6. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
If an error is identified, contact us immediately. While we will attempt to correct it prior to dispatch, changes cannot be guaranteed once the parcel has been shipped.
Returned parcels due to incorrect details may incur additional shipping costs.
7. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within expected timeframes:
- Check tracking information
- Confirm delivery location or neighbours
- Check for delivery notices
If tracking shows no movement after 10 business days (domestic) or 25 business days (international), contact us for assistance.
We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
8. Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, retain packaging and contact us within 48 hours with:
- Order number
- Description of damage
- Photographic evidence
We will assess and resolve in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
